1. Lawful Safety Use Only
Proofline is intended for lawful review of public-web signals in personal safety and dating-verification contexts. You may not use the service in ways that invade privacy unlawfully, facilitate fraud, or endanger any person.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Stalking, harassment, intimidation, blackmail, threats, or extortion.
- Doxxing, invasive surveillance, or unlawful tracking of any individual.
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, account takeover, or identity manipulation.
- Using the service to shame, exploit, or discriminate against a person.
- Submitting unlawful, exploitative, abusive, or deceptive content.
3. High-Stakes and Restricted Decisions
You may not use Proofline as the basis for decisions involving housing, employment, insurance, credit, education, immigration, public benefits, law enforcement, or other high-stakes determinations without an independent lawful basis and all required legal protections.
4. Sensitive Image and Identity Workflows
Face and profile workflows can be sensitive. You must not use Proofline to identify, target, shame, exploit, or profile people in ways that violate privacy, biometric, publicity, consumer-protection, or anti-discrimination laws.
If a result is uncertain, incomplete, stale, or mixed, you must not present it as a verified fact.
5. Operational Abuse
You may not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, authentication flows, billing systems, or connected providers. Attempts to evade rate limits, billing controls, access rules, or provider restrictions are prohibited.
6. Enforcement and Reporting
We may suspend access, preserve logs, reject payments, or remove features if we suspect abuse, unlawful use, or compliance risk. To report misuse or safety concerns, contact yiwangyuai@gmail.com.
